On the Norfolk coast the old coal barn and abandoned boat are iconic images of Thornham harbour. Thornham coal shed features in many photographs. The village, separated from the sea by marshes, is filled with wildlife. The white-painted pub in Ship Lane, The Lifeboat Inn, was originally built in the 16th century and was a smuggler's ale house. The upper park was originally laid out around 100 years ago by former owner Ernest Prosser, Director of the adjacent Rhymney Valley Railway. Cala Mondrago is a beautiful cove on the south-east coast of Mallorca and part of the Mondrago Natural Park. The cove is surrounded by rocks and pine trees and offers crystal clear waters and fine white sand. It is a popular place for families with children as the water is shallow and safe. There is also a beach bar and toilets. Mondrago Nature Park is a 766-hectare nature reserve that is home to some of the most beautiful beaches on Mallorca, including Cala Mondrago, Calo Burgit, S'Amarador and Cala Barca. The park is a nature lover's paradise, with many hiking trails and abundant wildlife, including rare bird species and endemic plants. Cala Mondrago is a good starting point for walks in the Mondrago Natural Park. There are many hiking trails that lead through the unspoilt landscape and along the coast. Particularly worthwhile is the path to the viewpoint Cap des Moro, from where you have a spectacular view of the bay. Cala Barca is another beautiful cove in the Mondrago Natural Park. The cove is surrounded by rocks and pine trees. There is also a beach bar and a landing stage for boats here. Calo Burgit is a small, secluded cove in the Mondrago Natural Park. The cove is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of the surroundings. S'Amarador is another beautiful cove in the Mondrago Natural Park.
